Infact they should be happier to name you as their creditor. 

For my first purchase I went FHA and took advantage of the 203k rehab loan - I couldn't be happier with the result. 9 Months after purchased, I refinanced into conventional, saving me over $200 per month.I also have student debt, so I feel your pain.

It will be like a fresh contract, just like any other contract, don't expect your new contractor to start blaming the old or start bad mouthing the last one, either to make them look good or simply want more money.

I will ask them a written promise not to bad mouth you on the internet as a condition for refund.

This will annoy some guests and they will start their vacation with you with a bad taste in their mouths, thus affecting your bread and butter, your REVIEWS. 

Although I agree with you about the price point and am much happier investing here in Greensboro!

I love the process and honestly don’t mind the sweat equity part at all I can honestly say I have not been happier needing to work 17hr days!

@Jay Hinrichs I didn’t want to sound stupid so I kept my mouth shut on the 50,000 watt comment.

The absolute best contractors usually fly under the radar and can only be found by word of mouth so get networking with the blue collar demographics!

Anyone have other resources that have have been useful aside from Clasificados and word of mouth?
