Hi all.. what are the borders of Swansea to help the most of us who have no clue :)

Given the debate that goes into that question for US residents I am not sure how the complications of international borders would affect that.I think you will be hard pressed to find a property in Denver for 100K but if you do and want a opinion on the area feel free to contact me.

And because I am connected to only one person with the first (or last) name "Marvin" at this time, everyone else in my search results would have no border around their profile pics when I view them while logged in.

The missing and deceased owner expertice aspects came about entirely by accident as my company, The Suburban Group, attracts clients from a very narrow niche market in a highly populated state, California.Let me know how I can best help.

So I drove for dollars and found a few homes, I did the research on some of the houses and on those houses I found that the owners are deceased.

My trouble was that the previous owner was deceased so there was no way for me to contact him.

I live right on the border and would be fine getting a license from either state simply to have full access to the MLS and look at homes listed without always going through an agent.

I found my deals through probate (actually went into the courthouse basement and went through all the deceased files, lots of fun) then put up bandit signs to find my buyers (pretty sure you can't get away with that much anymore), but it did work out for me, and didn't cost much.
