So those from Denver- Would you buy a 3/1 house in Swansea? Chancing down a lead there. But with the down and out nature of the area wondering what your thoughts are on the area.

Colorado on the west, Brighton Blvd to the east 40th to the south and 52 to the north. It is probably the lowest quality of housing in Denver, Lots of industrial along the RR tracks. But they are looking to Bury I70 which cuts through the middle of the neighborhood. And soon It will have a rail line between Union station and the airport.
