To assume the simplest thing and answer your question: if you're having a hard time attracting buyers, its likely the property is overpriced for its current condition/location/overall etc.

Hey Miles,I am currently in graduate school in MEM for physical therapy, and over the last year or so I've been diving into the real estate world by reading books, researching online, etc.

Currently, the ideal move for me would be to get an acre in Pinal County that I could put a house and is also zoned for MF.
