I have so much going on getting married this month and recently  had my third child, and moving into a house next month, I don't make that much at my job but I'm determined.

Both of my parents were rental property owners and landlords since I was a small child.

My wife and I welcomed our 1st child last year and I'm motived to create some passive income allowing me to work a little less in my main profession.  

I want to attend local meetups if I can which might be a little hard with a newborn.

Regardless, its a grey area and many are waiting for the first big case to be the poster child of not doing l/o and owner financing. 

But it's sort of weasel worded so you can get a license, then file for eviction.I don't know the penalties for not doing the lead testing with a child under 6 in the house.
