The implication being they can give notice if they are dissatisfied living there and/or we can give notice if they are a pain in the butt.

I am not sure about electricity, but they plug their cameras in our units.

There should be no board behind the shower walls the fiberglass tub/shower should butt directly against the studs and be anchored to the studs on top and bottom making sure it's leveled.

I would check rentometer.com and rent it out for that amount and while you're here plug it all into the https://www.biggerpockets.com/buy-and-hold-calculator/new to see if the numbers work. 

Maybe lose those little upper cabinets there and add either a light (extend the electricity from the fan - even a plug-in hanging light from Ikea or something is fine) or put in an open shelf or two for a more modern look.Hope there's an idea or two you can use.

Instead I onboarded with 50+ homes, and it was a pain in the butt to get tenants used to the system and all the kinks worked out.  

I'll plug in those numbers and see what I find.

So go buy 2-3 electric Glade plug-ins for each room.
