Young, hungry, newbie from Utah

I'm 25 years old with big goals and dreams.  I'll be the first to admit that I have a lot to learn about RE investing, which is why I joined BP.  I work for the nations largest residential property management franchise organization as a franchise salesperson.  Through this experience I have been introduced to/worked with hundreds of RE investors throughout the country of all sizes and levels of expertise.  As I have learned more and more about the industry, my eyes have really begun to be opened to the enormous potential.  This has sparked a flame in me that has lead to an enormous desire to understand how I can begin building my own investment portfolio and create the quality of life for myself that I know is possible through RE investing.  I am a humble student, hungry to learn from those of you with real-life experience.  Thank you in advance for your support, advice and assistance!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
