I think we spoke about this at the last meetup, but that $800k price point just has a limited buyer pool in this area.It may be worthwhile to talk to your listing agent about marketing the place in some unconventional ways, and also market it in areas outside of the Triangle such as Boston, San Fran, etc.

IE trying to Crack San Fran.. or Manhatton Real estate can be tough.. but if you were in Vegas,, Atlanta , PHX at the bottom. you could pick up properties for 10 to 30k a door no problem.. so region and were you had knowledge led to luck of the draw.. then the ability to frankly just do it....
