Its totally automated and I after setting it up I wouldn't even have to touch it.

Arguably the question is how much would it cost in personal time to work free leads, then compare apples to apples, unfortunately i do believe the cold calling free leads (FSBO's) would probably get you the most bang for your buck but which process can be fully automated.
