Just wondering why you picked Huntsville vs other surrounding cities.

I have been doing my own returns, but i am low on bandwith with what i have on my plate. so wondering if there are good CPAs that you would recommend.

Not sure if I'm just looking to vent or if there's even a question here....Last 2 years my agent and I have been consistently searching the mls and zillow for deals while I work on networking and educating myself on finding off market deals.I finished my first flip over the summer and it closed in August.

Using VA funding = fixer uppers may not be approved by the VA Firefighter working 72+ hour shifts = not a lot of down time to finish major construction jobsLooking for $350k < Want to purchase ImmediatelyMust be some kind of house hacking situation VA loan for primary residenceMulti Family =< 4 Units I see all these success stories here on BP and it blows my mind! 

For me personally, I am wondering about how to benchmark progress.

I was just wondering if there was some complicated mathematical formula I should be using to figure out my ROI.

It can be a little off the beaten path but I wonder if that's part of the appeal or if it matters.
