It was probably just a stressed out landlord/accidental landlord that really didn't want to be there anyway.Now if you were at divorce court trying to find deals those comments might be a little more justified.

I also would stress for you to make sure you did the wind mitigation as I know this reduced my coverage by $735.00 and I don't believe that I even have the "best" of the wind mitigation requirements that would increase the deduction even more.

Plus the place is fixed up to a great extent and it's pretty hands off, so there's a premium you are paying for more peace of mind.Just remember to check on the neighborhoods, I cannot stress that enough.
