@Chad Hotovec,We have utilized smaller regional banks for our cash-out refi's.They are loans kept in house,usually called portfolio loans.Havent had much luck with large national banks but really haven't pursued them because we have built long term relationships with the smaller banks.Relationships is the key word.Plus some experience.Good luck with your first deal
