Alright BP'ers. I've been reading books, listening to podcasts and am about to do my first deal. I'm pumped and ready to move onto my next deal. Which is where my problem is. I've been reading about the BRRR strategy and I'm finding some solid private money / hard money leads, but i'm have a really hard time finding institutions that will allow for refinancing the property to get my money out. If anyone has suggestions, advice, or leads please PM me. Thanks!

@Chad Hotovec,We have utilized smaller regional banks for our cash-out refi's.They are loans kept in house, usually called portfolio loans.Havent had much luck with large national banks but really haven't pursued them because we have built long term relationships with the smaller banks.Relationships is the key word.Plus some experience.Good luck with your first deal
