As far as the love for travel goes, it's all unique to each person... maybe it's because real estate investors spend thousands and thousands more hours working than the normal people working, that they realize the value of their time and experiences mean more than stuff.

I know this real estate investing lifestyle will not be easy but "easy is lazy,"  (Rich Dad) and we’ve all heard, what’s said to be challenging builds growth and is well worth the fight.

I will say that for Gastonia it’s been more challenging, on zillow the numbers are all over the place with very little consistency - but that matches pretty well with home prices which are also all over the place, even on the same street.

However, I feel my new challenge right now are high expenses with these class of properties Im buying.
