Take your time exploring the various features this great website has to offer - forum, blogs and podcasts along with many learning tools to analyze any possible deals you may come upon.I also recommend joining the local REI groups (CIREIA, INREIA) or meet up groups, they are a good place to network/ learn from others like minded in and around the Indy area. 

And since I have started attending seminars and my first REIA meeting the other night, I have finally found people that think the same way that I have for years but was always led to believe I was wrong.
