hi everyone my name is Phil. I'm a 36 year old from the Detroit area and I'm looking to get into flipping real estate properties. I'm very green to all of this but am very eager to learn from everyone. I hope there are some people out there willing to point me in the right direction. I'll do whatever it takes to be successful.
