Hi, we're Investors who have numerous Probate Estate Sales Wholetailing (Pre-Habbing) opportunities in the Baltimore/Washington, DC metro regions that require buying the property, cleaning it out ($3K or less of work) and putting it back on the market via the MLS to achieve superior ROI as opposed to completing a Cash Wholesale and or a Double Close transaction.

Iv'e researched numerous probate file's and I'm in no way related to those decedents.Since you visited the court house there is no need to request the death certificate.
