I have a potential two lot home in Fayetteville, no clear title but the previous owner had the property for over 10 years, he could not find the heir who held the clear title after the sale. 

I just worry about revealing my poker hand before the game has started...

Someone who can advise you on issues that arise during inspections, title searches, etc.

Do I need an attorney and/or higher a title company to assist me in this process?

I was wondering how should I go about checking the transfer fee for the title company to help me make the change from my personal name to the LLC.2. are there any stamp tax involved, or capital gain tax involved (unsure if the state recognise that as a "sale").3.

I googled it "A land trust is a private legal contract in which the owner of real estate transfers the title of the property to a trustee.

However being new to this game I just wanted some feedback or maybe even some reinforcement that I'm making the right decision.

I personally hate when wholesalers play this game and send out daisy chain properties.Wholesalers in my area do this all the time and send out each others deals, etc.I won't even work with them if they aren't in direct control of the deal with the seller.
