@Curtis Magee  What did your loan officer say when asked about the delay? 

I hear Queen Center Mall looks practically like -and better than- Manhattan mall these days.I'd do phone interviews then meet at a public place ie Starbucks in Forest Hills unless my office were available already.For properties to invest in, I'd probably work with an investor-friendly broker who I'd legally be able to pay a commission per deal found and closed on.

I wanted to know what way I can find out if my state requires an attorney at closing or if I can use a title company/ escrow officer.

The reason  I am asking this is bc I called the tax sale office and a woman told me that I would still be liable for the mortgage.

The only service I know that does this is called Universal Credit Service, however, they require that I have my own office space, and that I do volume with them.  

try checking with your county's assessor's office to find out where the tax bill is sent and if that doesn't work try using a skip tracer.

Another way to think if it is every time you want to purchase something, be the loan officer for your personal bank account.

Also, there is a plan to coordinate with the Attorney General’s office to use to Texas Nuisance Abatement Statute to prosecute repeat offenders.

I have been trying to work with the county code enforcement office and also the tax assessor's office to figure it out.
