The software can be paired with many other applications to generate some efficiencies and automation, making the whole process more seamless.

But it's not a lot of work with strs as long as you automate as much as possible.

It also seemed to have a lot of fake reviewers on the iTunes store which I'm not a fan of.Bryan N. that's what I've always done too, but I'm trying to streamline and automate as much as I can.

And in contract law, you don't want to have two instruments - especially if they use different language that could result in a conflict.  

What you suggest is effectuating the transfer, as in transacting or brokering, of a security instrument. 

If they are tire kickers that arent motivated then you have to be able to identify them quickly and put them into some kind of automated follow up system and move on to someone else who is more motivated

@Tom Scott I use Guesty for Hosts for PMS, Hostfully for guidebooks, SignNow for digital rental agreements and Zapier to tie it all together and automate everything.  

Maybe it's possible to automate this analysis such that I can generate a list of markets/areas quickly to focus on.

There are also companies that will buy/sell homes for 1% commission fee completely removing the realtor.Having worked with multiple brokers as a property manager and seeing the back-office I would say 9/10 are extremely outdated.With that being said what new software/automation tools have you adopted to stay ahead of the curve and reduce overhead?
