Affordable, I have similar experience from past deals, strong rental market How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Seems like a cheap/affordable way to start.It looks like I could have some positive cashflow as I learn and save more money to do bigger and better investments.

After you’ve educated yourself sufficiently, go find an area you want to invest in and find an affordable deal.

Try teaming up with an investor that can afford the down payment and if you have good credit you can put the renovations on 0% interest credit cards then pay them off when you refinance or flip the property. 

At some point the numbers will work and you will be able to afford what you want.

Tiny homes are just a reaction to housing affordability, but I doubt the resale is very good.

I thought It quite clever for the state to make that statement in their monthly periodical.its frustrating for all though you have buyers that insist you have sellers that wont respond and then buyers blame the agents .. 

I was assuming that he was going to tell me about all the contractor miscommunications, conflicts, and frustrations he had gone through.

There's a lot of Class A apartments coming online so 'affordable' rentals have lots of applicants.
