What steps would you take if you were in my shoes to start and build a portfolio?

I’ve wholesaled a couple of deals in your territory.I was in your shoes about a year and a half ago, deciding which route to go.

Definitely requires some knowledge of what shoes actually sell out in retail and make it to a secondary market, as well as forecasting secondary demand. 

I was in your shoes 2-3 years ago and I hope my thinking process/considerations in evaluating different markets below would be helpful for you.

But I’m open to answer questions because I’ve been in those shoes wondering if this deal is too good to be true and folks were open and honest with me as well. 

We had a tenant that also wanted chickens (we have 5 acres). 51 arrived by mail in 2 shoe boxes & they all survived.
