If you haven’t set up keyword alerts yet I would do so to stay up to date and build up your network.

Give some information and knowledge and the benefits will come back to you tenfold.That would be in addition to starting a website, blog, craigslist ads, facebook posts, networking, telling all friends and family what you are doing, go to local meetings, code compliance lists, driving for $$, and a few others I cant think of right now.As mentioned above, you have to keep doing all of those consistently over and over.

My suggestion would be to hit up local investor meetings and network.

Continue networking, educating yourself and searching for deals.

Always be networking and telling people about your interest in real estate and hopefully the right team members for you will come alone.

My property manager knew that I was looking to acquire more units and brought this deal to me, power of networking!  

My first lenders cane from a local networking group.

@JD Martin - Hello Sir,As one of the knowledgeable Solar Guys on this thread, I would say that watching the DIY stuff on youtube and other places may not be the best way to get a feel for installation practices.

I would love to start networking locally, but also start mentoring as I learn more on the commercial side.Sorry if this has already been covered, but I didn't see a recent post on the topic.  

Looking to expand in regards to investment portfolio, management portfolio, and network!
