@Qulia BryantHey Quilia,I just talked to Trulia over the weekend and they sure made it sound like a good deal to buy their seller leads.

I work Monday through Friday and predominately only have time on the weekends to view properties. 

Putting my first set of bandit signs up this weekend on friday night, and I mailed about 500 yellow letters in this first week of life for my company. 

The house is listed for $70K and likely needs that much in repairs (I'll have a better idea once my contractor looks at it this weekend).  

I have spent a few hours over the last weekend looking at the links.  

I like the idea of shared employee, so I hire someone as weekend staff, they hve regular jobs but needs the extra boost for that bag she likes at the department store, this helps out an individual and is cheap, extra income is always good, they also tend to help and go out of their way for you.
