Hello everyone.  I'm Charlie and looking to get into my first real estate investment.  I'm looking for a buy and hold property and would be open to an owner occupy property.  Anywhere from Middlesex county and north would be ideal, as I spend a majority of my time working in NYC.

I'm posting on here to see if anyone could give me pointers on where to start looking.  I work Monday through Friday and predominately only have time on the weekends to view properties.  Wanted to ask you all what you think my past plan of attack would be to spend my time accordingly (view homes myself, have a realtor show homes, certain websites to view and research with, etc).

Excited to join the Bigger Pockets community, looking forward to speaking to some of you in the area.
