Sure it's a concern but that wasn't what has led me (so far) to not pull the trigger. 

It seems the only people that leave reviews are those that benefit in some way from the review or those that intend to cause damage to a company's reputation and have no other recourse than posting online.

My concern is that I do not want to own a property which I intend on rehabbing onlynto find out I am not the owner.

I do believe they are entitled to it since they are unlocking the land's potential, but my biggest concern was how little the proportion of the split is.

If things are not done clear and legal between you and your brother on this deal it could be the cause for a family feud.
