This can be transitioned into many areas in life such as investing but I view it as something as vital to life as staying psychically  healthy, anyway to keep your brain sharp and focused can directly contribute to surpassing any goal you set your sights on.

With a couple of deals under my belt, however, I hope I can transition to OPM.Bought it with the intent to hold for cash flow, but an ARV over 80K would be tempting to either flip or re-fi.
