Hey everyone, 

My name is Cody Kunkel and I'm new to the real estate scene. The areas I'm focused on but am not limited to are Pickens County(Jasper), Cherokee County(Canton, Woodstock), Forsyth County, and Fulton County. 

As of right now I'm not quitting my day job, but am actively trying to put together an REI business to eventually transition into full-time. My background is in business management/operations, and human resources. I am ready to venture out on my own, as i am seeking more creativity in what I do, along with more time and financial freedom.

My focus in starting out is with lease option/purchase deals. I am open to other types of deals if they meet my criteria, but am wanting to become proficient in lease/options and also to be able to niche a business into this category. 

I am definitely excited to have found BiggerPockets as it seems abundant with learning material and advice from active experienced investors.
