And in real estate if something isn't selling it's one of two things, you either aren't reaching the buyers (i.e. not marketing sufficiently, which it appears you are) or your price isn't resonating, which I suspect is the case.

@Jr Trotta, if going back in time to make changes was limited to this one area, I suspect many fix and flippers would change to keep the properties as rentals. 20 years into the future it would be MUCH better to own 100 rentals than to have done 100 flips.

Hi Jason ,Some other things to consider ,is there electric to garage ,is it above or below ground (code )I suspect you’ll have to run water out there ,then dump it ,how are you going to do that $$Then water heater ,plumbing ,furnace,meter it separately for gas ?
