Get the house from under my landlord

Dennis Luongo
Posted

Hey I'm new to housing and my landlord is telling me and my family that we have to March to either buy the house from her or move out. The house is worth an estimated $10,000 yet the landlord wants $45,000 for it. We've tried to negotiate with her but she won't budge. On top of that she hasn't paid her property taxes scince she bought the place for $8,000 in 2016 and it is now 2019. If there is any way to get the house before march I would love to know.

PS I have mental and physical disabilities

Thanks.

@Dennis Luongo it sounds like you should be planning to find a new place to move. Your landlord seems to be unreasonable and irresponsible, so you're probably better off starting new
