Bottom line, STR's (Thank you everyone for NOT calling them "AirBNB/s") have outpaced hotels/motels/resorts, because it's a more practical fit for the tenant/vacationer demand.

I find that properties in-between Whitefish and Glacier perform best because they can also perform well in the winter ski season at Whitefish Mountain Resort.

We got married (Yay), however we paid for it, we had a party for our family and friends and then we took a vacation to a resort that if you stayed there for 7 days it included a legal US wedding, (we didn't invite anyone, as we didn't want anyone to feel like they had to come and spend money to get to where we were getting married and we didn't want to increase the cost of our wedding).

There is certainly a use for such loans, when there is really a hot deal, when time really is of the essence with that deal, when you can still profit and when there is no other money available, it's a lst resort in my book, but if that's what it takes, go for it.

Postcard, letter, offer etc.To go the extra mile, i would include cold calling them too...mayne as a last resort before you move on.I hope this helps.
