That's one quick way to get reviews that will ruin your business. 

So unless you are prepared to go through all of the hundreds/thousands of your addresses to make sure that they aren't on the MLS first, you're absolutely going to mail to houses that are currently listed with another realtor and odds are they aren't going to like it. 

This would also in effect add a few thousand dollars to deal.

I was seduced by a real estate guru into attending courses costing thousands of dollars, at which point I realized the value of money and that there were better, more dollar efficient ways to learn what they were teaching.

Granted, not all of these are going to be relevant to you but I'd bet at least a few thousand will be.

Would you like to entrust tens of thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars of work to someone who seems to have a dodgy education or grasp of their own native language?

I came to this site because I am very weary of all the "gurus" out there trying to pressure me into paying thousands of dollars to take their courses.

With the hundreds of thousands of problems solvers on BP I'm sure we can come up with a solution! 

Pay an institution 10's of thousands for years while making a crap wage just so you can end up having to work for a living, HA. 

Nothing ruins your rep with listing agents faster than getting properties under contract and NOT making it to settlement.
