I have a young Pit bull as a companion animal in Oregon, I was wondering if anyone could help clue me in if I HAVE to have "pet" insurance in him because of his breed when renting?

They must have the interior sprayed/treated for fleas/ticks by a PROFESSIONAL pest control company (and a copy of the receipt provided me to with the keys) IF they had pets on the property at any point.

I inherited tenants 6 months ago, and finally the lease ended and they are out.Along the way, the tenants refused to pay an extra fee for a pet they were keeping, didn't pay the last month rent, left a hole in the dry wall form a kick or punch, vacated the apartment two days late and left a mess.
