At the time of purchase, I was on the hunt for a duplex or triplex but was continually outbid with stronger offers.

This is actually what prompted me to ask here about someone who may be a little smaller and less busy to help me in my hunt.

If I can be led to some resources for hunting down a place to rent (I am only familiar with Apartments.com), that would be a great help as well.

Some PM won't show on the weekends, so when a good prospect is in town house hunting on the weekend for relocation, their loss is my gain.

Then at the end of July 2018 I got someone from CHBO, moving to Houston and needed a place while they house hunt.

@Alexis Munoz thanks for posting that.I've been on the hunt for a couple months now (in the Greater Nashville area) for another personal flip and coming to the conclusion that folks must be hitting much smaller margins than I realized.

I'm currently house-hunting and putting in offers for something very similar to you guys in bay area.
