Can $200k all in bring a $40k to $50k profit in the Greater Nashville area? If so, what areas can provide this type of profit margin?
If not, what profit margin can you expect with $200k all in?

If you buy from wholesalers-definitely no where close.
If you source your own deals by spending time and $ marketing then probably not still, but you might have a chance.
With how expensive trade jobs are charging right now and the cost of lumber, the cost to renovate has about doubled in the last 5 years.
A 50k profit on a 200k deal to me would be more than a home run.
