What I do is keep my eyes open at all times looking for those distressed homes along the way as I am heading to do my door knocking on the doors of the homes I know have some sort of an issue since it is in foreclosure.

With this sort of agenda, there is no long-term victory, because it's a completely impossible platform.Further, a rent-striking tenant is highly unlikely to be well-capitalized - otherwise they would not risk their housing and credit for the long-term in order to capitalize on a temporary eviction freeze.

I plan on moving in the next year or so and would like to just go ahead and pay the remaining balance I owe my parents via some sort of loan, especially now that interest rates are low.My main question:- what is the best way to pay off the balance to my parents?
