I am guess LLC formation and maintenance not much difference than creating a partnership or proving some sort interest/dividend payment.

What I do is keep my eyes open at all times looking for those distressed homes along the way as I am heading to do my door knocking on the doors of the homes I know have some sort of an issue since it is in foreclosure.

I’m sort of torn but waiting to see what happens with the market.I’m buying the property for 235k, it’s a really great deal for the space for the amount of land and area.

With this sort of agenda, there is no long-term victory, because it's a completely impossible platform.Further, a rent-striking tenant is highly unlikely to be well-capitalized - otherwise they would not risk their housing and credit for the long-term in order to capitalize on a temporary eviction freeze.

We will see if they roll out any sort of special repayment or modification programs.

That’s when the government backs off and let’s tenants and landlords come up with some sort of agreement on how to pay back rent.

There was some other sort of tax that she had to pay -- essentially on the gains of the house, but it was a state tax. 

I plan on moving in the next year or so and would like to just go ahead and pay the remaining balance I owe my parents via some sort of loan, especially now that interest rates are low.My main question:- what is the best way to pay off the balance to my parents?
