Lots of distressed properties for under $100k, a city with many diverse Fortune 500 companies headquartered there, and a large renter pool.

I'm looking to find comps for wholesaling deals, the thing is how do I go about that, I have heard of several software like "Property Farm" that's very useful and better than "Zillow" and the others but the thing is I am not willing to pay a fortune for this software....I know that it's not free so does anyone know where I can look for a similar software that's cheaper....and has anyone ever used Property Farm and does it work?

Fortunately for me it is not flooded !  

I have been fortunate enough to have a really good realtor friend that is working with me on my deals.

I was very fortunate to purchase my first house during the bottom of the market in 2013.

Fortunately, I stumbled across Bill Mencarow and he was kind enough to return my email inquiries and even referred me to some folks locally in Alaska.

@Jonathan Godes Fortunately, the purchase money was a personal loan so no interest/lien is being applied .That should also give us plenty of options when we decide what to do.

Fortunately I'm in no rush.
