I'm looking to find comps for wholesaling deals, the thing is how do I go about that, I have heard of several software like "Property Farm" that's very useful and better than "Zillow" and the others but the thing is I am not willing to pay a fortune for this software....I know that it's not free so does anyone know where I can look for a similar software that's cheaper....and has anyone ever used Property Farm and does it work?
