As far as formation of a company or partnership, I wouldn't personally choose any of them - I would go a completely different route - even you do not know about.

Send him a communication, by whatever means is normal for you to (email, text, voicemail, etc.) and say that unless you hear otherwise by x date, you will assume that it's okay to have a second dog.Actually, be sure that's in some sort of written format - email or text or snail mail.And you could also include something along the lines of, unless he objects, you will pay someone to fix the dishwasher and deduct it from your rent, since you haven't heard from regarding your other requests.That's what I'd do, anyway.

If any changes occur associated with the checking or savings account on file which would affect payment including but not limited to account being closed by Tenant, Tenant must contact Owner to obtain and submit a new automatic payment form at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
