Hello everyone

I'm a real estate investor from Cleveland Ohio focusing primarily on building my portfolio using the BRRR method. I currently own and manage 6 properties. I've been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years and have experience as a realtor and mortgage broker.

Because I tend to be analytical and organized, it was only natural for me to start building my own rehab repair cost and deal analysis tools when I started purchasing multiple fixer upper properties in the early 90s. This led to the formation of a side business, through which I help other investors use tools and information to take the risk out of buying fixer upper properties.

I've listened to just almost every BiggerPockets podcast now for the last couple years and I'm looking forward to becoming active on the forums. The extra revenue flow I get is great, but a benefit I get from it that's equally as valuable is the opportunity to talk to other real estate investors from around the country. Being able to both benefit from other peoples experiences and help others start out or avoid making an expensive mistake is about as good as it gets. There's no doubt that BiggerPockets is going to provide me with a lot more opportunities to experience this.

If you are doing any kind of renovation work, whether it’s a flip or buy and hold, please reach out to me - I'd love to share experiences and am happy to help you any way I can. I also have a lot of experience managing properties and dealing with tenants. If you happen to be on the West side of Cleveland, lets meet up in person!
