REAPS has moved to an online format, and is a great resource for information in Washington State.My friend and colleague @Jenny Moore used to host a monthly meetup, which has also gone to an online format.I'm a local Realtor, and I'm investing in Kitsap.

If you want freedom and DIY, you can pick cloud brokerages that get you set up but then it's on you to figure out how to get to the next level.

We hosted wedding receptions and also rented the manor house and carraige house as vacation rentals. 

As a full time investor, I would be scouting for deals, conduct mailing campaigns, driving around, going to/hosting meet-ups, more networking, syndicating, doing my own rehabs (I like the work), and searching out new markets.
