I am currently in the market for a CPA and I would like to inquire who you ended up choosing.

I started looking around using the MLS, but know choosing the right area (and ignoring even certain streets in an area) is paramount to making a good decision and need to start working with people familiar with that area that can work with.While I do have money saved up, I am also wondering how feasible it is to get traditional lending and then going through a private lender to finance the rest or at least reduce the 20% down amount to not down the money into the house – oh, and so that it cash flows?

One risk however is sometimes the seller and other agent may choose to work with another party that is unrepresented, to save on the commission or they may negotiate you paying your agent the commission- but it may be worth it.

If you choose poorly, you will end up divorced and broke. 

I cant tell you how many times my clients use a lender of their choosing because they have a lower rate than the lenders I recommend....then their lender does something to screw up and we need to switch to the lender I recommended in the first place to save the transaction.
