Two things;1) be careful not to include the personal names and contact information of the people identified on the notices because you may have inadvertantly violated a privacy policy when you posted it on a blog with 1M+ members.2) advise the city, as they've requested within 30 days, that you corrected the violation and removed it.

Lots of people with druggie / alcoholic kids give their estate to a non-profit or put restrictions on the person inheriting.And him not wanting the 'family' to know means that there may be restrictions to him inheriting, otherwise why would the 'family' care? 

If you have really good deals especially if you're doing value-add/rent raising HELOCS can be a very effective strategy.But realize you are borrowing 100% of an investment which is inherently very risky.

But I don't think you would care about agent training since that's not what you want to do. 

If you purchase a property, most lenders don't really care where the money came from. 

Fire or major water damage and extensive mold are walk aways for me, but other wouldn't care as long as the price is right.

Seems like this is too much of an open-end question.

I'd say its less of an issue on a street that doesn't have alternate parking.

Timing wasn't great but it was a good deal so who cares!
