@Jamarr Lee, for comps on such an inefficiently developed lot, you should also check nearby sales of EMPTY ~0.7 acre lots. ie.

@Melissa Lee It's all pretty subjective from my understanding.

@Rodney Watson On property B the conversion to a 2 family would deliver some sort of return (you need to figure out what this is) then compare that return to the potential of a property C in FL.
