Should I purchase a third property

 Good day bigger pockets family question:

Would you fix property B with equity from property A or  would you purchase property C with equity from property A.

I Live in New York City looking to invest in Jacksonville  or Orlando Florida

If you are planning to keep all properties, maintaining the ones you already have is more important than acquiring new ones in my opinion.  Now if these upgrades are purely cosmetic that may change the equation.
