My name is Lee Smith from Sharpsburg Georgia and I am looking to get into real estate investing.  I currently work in the HVAC field as a residential service technician.  Im interested in flipping as well as holding properties long term.  The biggest hurdle I have is a lack of money to get started and would love to hear how others got started
