I meet the requirements, which are: 1) More than 640 credit score. 2) No missed payments 3) No second mortgages 4) did not use a down payment assistance program to buy the home.

It sounds like the lenders won't really allow us to change the name on the loan after purchase typically and if we buy in the properties through the LLC the 1031 exchange would be disqualified.
