If you hustle, learn to use your gas efficiently and stay positive you can make some really good money as a delivery driver - definitely enough to get started in Real Estate if you play your cards right.

You can also use a wheelbarrow type air compressor with a gas engine, but you will need enough hose so you can run it outside.Find either an outside hose connection or a washer connection point.
