Database of all multifamily owners 5 units + for cities in Los Angeles County

I obtained multiple phone numbers, how ever many I could pull, for each multifamily owner, from one of the best public records softwares. I have valid addresses for each owner, pulled from title. I also have notes that provide good leads. For example, I have documented recent dates that spouses and family members passed away. This would make a highly valuable item for commercial brokers, but also investors who usually do not have access to the resources required to build such a database.

How much is something like this worth?
