Property on Waterloo Road, Cleveland Ohio 44110

Hi, I hope somebody familiar with this area will shed some light on this.

I am looking at a property on Waterloo Road, Cleveland Ohio 44110. I know this area is not a very good area, but Waterloo road is a bit different. It has a lots going on, renovation and recently became a local art district. please see link below:

could anyone tell me more about this area and should I invest here, right on Waterloo road?
