There are many BP users who would only purchase a property if it has cash flow. 

But if your parents or older family members can add you into their CC as an authorized user this can help give you a head start in the credit world.  

NJ has the highest median property tax rate in the country (1.89%), and commands (by far) the highest rent of the three areas under consideration.

Renting (long term) at this time doesn't appear to be a good option and unless finishing the basement and adding a room significantly increases the rent it can command it doesn't seem feasible in the near future.

I like the idea and platform forNestEgg but wanted some real user reviews...

The software looks nice but NOT user friendly..The do not respond to emails promptly, after my initial "on boarding call" I had a few questions, when I went to book a second meeting/call online the next opening was a week out...Save yourself time and frustration.
